SERVice:BIST:PEAK[1]|2:LINearity <numeric_value>
This command initiates the PEAK linearity test.

Numeric_value Define the number of samples taken for
results, default:0
0 to 8000
SERV:BIST:PEAK:LIN 8000 This command sets the number of samples
of the PEAK linearity test to be 8000.
