1Press the Trigger key.

• The counter takes 100 readings and fills in the math functions.

2 Verify the ‘Mean’ is:

• 100 MHz ± 1.000 Hz (53210A)

• 100 MHz ± 100 mHz (53220A/53230A)

3 Verify the ‘Std Dev’ is less than:

• 1.400 Hz (53210A)

• 700 mHz (53220A)

• 140 mHz (53230A)

4 Record the Mean and Standard Deviation for 100 MHz, Test 6a, in

the Agilent 53210A/53220A/53230A Performance Test Record.

5Press the Reset Stats softkey.
