NOTE If any number less than 01.08 is displayed as the number before

the first dash in the ‘Firmware:’ version, then refer to Chapter 6,

“Backdating” for any possible changes to these calibration

procedures for other firmware versions.

NOTE If the counter’s firmware version is equal to or higher than 01.08,

then perform the procedures in this section.

NOTE If Option 106 “6 GHz Microwave Input” is installed in your

counter and the “FW Rev” is (27.0), refer to “Procedure Changes”

on page 252 for information concerning the calibration procedure

for your counter.
