Connecting the DUT Power Supply Cables

6642A (E3784A) Supply

The 6642A DUT Power Supply is a one-output,

high-current supply. It can only be connected to

channels 5 and 6 on the ASRU Card. Two ASRU

channels are required to handle the high current.

Connect the supply to the highest numbered module

with channel 5 and 6 available. Use cable E4000-61602

for a 307X system or E4000-61606 for a 317X or 327X

system. The spade lugs for the sense lines must be

removed, the wires stripped and attached to the

connector shipped with the power supply as shown in

Figure 26.
