In the Needle Offset field, enter the vertical needle offset value.

In the Sample Flush-Out factor field, enter the flush out factor

value that specifies the volume of mobile phase pumped through

the injector after each injection.

Check Switch valve to bypass after sample flush-out to leave the

valve in the bypass position even past analysis.

In the Wait time field, enter the wait time after drawing value.

Select the injection mode in the scrolling list. Three choices are

available: Standard injection, Injection with wash and Injection

user program.

• Standard injection: only the default screen is

displayed. No other parameters are displayed.

• Injection with wash: when selecting this injection

mode, another tab is displayed allowing the user to

define multiple parameters.

Select in the drop down list the type wash. Three

choices are available: Wash needle in flush port,

Wash needle in wash vial, and Flush the seat.

Depending of the wash type, the following fields will

be available.

Rack: define in which rack the wash vial is located.

Vial: define the location of the wash vial.

Cycles: define the number of time the wash

procedure will be done.

Delay: define the time the needle will stay in the

wash port or flush the seat.
