For analyzing the test results, refer to the detector operating

manual.

Holmium Test

Perform the Holmium test to verify wavelength accuracy. Three

characteristic absorbance maxima of the holmium oxide filter are

measured.

The test should be done with water in the flow cell.

When starting the test, the 1 nm slit is moved into the light path.

Measured maxima are displayed on screen and also listed in the

maintenance audit trail:
