Counters definition

VIS/UV Lamp Ignition: number of ignition of the lamps.

VIS/UV Lamp Burn: Tungsten/deuterium lamp total burn time.

VIS/UV Lamp On-time: Tungsten/deuterium lamp burn time

since the last ignition.

Slit Movement: Number of movements of the slit assembly.

Filter Movement: Number of movements of the filter assembly.
