This query is a contraction of Disparity Error Ratio. It returns the ratio of the number

of illegal disparity change count to the number of symbols received in the current

(or last completed) accumulation period, specified by the gate period.

[P]FETCh[:SENSe[1]]:DERatio[:ALL][:FULL]:DELTa?

This query returns the "instantaneous" Disparity Error Ratio (Actual DER)

calculated from the counts obtained in the last deci-second. This value is available

even when the accumulation is turned off.
