Unable to disable PLL integrator by setting out-of-lock flip-flop. Test 03 results
may be invalid. Fix the problem and try again. Test 03 will be aborted upon
pressing 'Proceed' or 'Abort'.
Action:
Troubleshoot and repair the HP 11848A Phase Noise Interface. Refer to the
HP 11848A Service Manual for Troubleshooting information.

for expected PLL BW.
