Introduction
The HP 3048A Phase Noise Measurement System supports the HP 3478A
Multimeter for making the DC voltage measurements normally done by
the HP 3561A Dynamic Signal Analyzer. A supported digital voltmeter
reduces measurement time.
The current HP 3048A Phase Noise Measurement System Software only
supports the HP 3478A Multimeter.
