Tuning the down converter reference (HP 11729C 640 MHz input) will also
tune the Carrier Frequency. You must scale the Tuning Constant directly
to the Carrier Frequency The HP 11729C, when used with the HP 8662A
with EFC control to measure a 10 GHz source, will tune the comb line
about ±500 Hz.
