Unpacking the 1100 Series Valve

The M4 micro valve fittings support the Agilent PEEK coated fused silica

capillaries (O.D. 0.8mm or 1/32”). The M4 micro valve plug is supplied for

pressure (leak) testing.

For a list of recommended Agilent PEEK coated fused silica capillaries can be

found in the chapter “Capillaries and Fittings for micro valves" on page 51.
