This chapter describes the basic functions and features of Keysight B1500A

Semiconductor Device Analyzer, and consists of the following sections:

Application Library

Keysight B1500A has installed Keysight EasyEXPERT software as the user

interface. The EasyEXPERT contains an application library that is a set of test

definitions. The application test can be performed by selecting a test definition and

setting the test condition for the actual DUT (device under test).

All test definitions are just sample. If the samples damage your devices, Keysight

Technologies is NOT LIABLE for the damage.

Where, <program folder> is as follows. Then, <system drive> is the drive the

EasyEXPERT has been installed.

For Windows 7 32 bit version, Vista, or XP, <system drive>:\Program Files
