Flatness is measured across the frequency ranges and refers to changes up and
down in relative output power.
(The following flatness specifications only apply to frequencies < 2.0 GHz after a
power level correction has been performed. For frequencies >/= 2.0 GHz, flatness
degrades by 0.1 dB.)
