Command Reference
*STB?
*STB?
This query command reads the Status Byte Register (reads Master Summary Status
bit, not Request for Service Message).
For bit6, this command reads MSS, not Request for Service (RQS). Refer to “Status
Reporting Structure” on page 7-48.
Syntax *STB?
Query response register <newline><^END>
Semantics The following table shows the bits of the Status Byte Register, and the
binary-weighted decimal value of each bit.
