Composite MIMO

• Calculating some MIMO metrics from a ‘combined channel’ capture of

a specially coded set of waveforms

- The DUT transmits a special waveform on each MIMO channel

- The antenna connections at the DUT are passed through an external

combiner, then the combined signal passes into a single RFIO port in the

tester

- Once synchronised to the special waveforms, the tester reprocesses the

combined signal, producing a limited set of pseudo ‘MIMO’ metrics
