may return intermittently prior to the desired occurrence. The smallest wait that the SPOLL requires is approximately

0.025 seconds for the 86100A, and 0.05 seconds for the 83480A.

11. The 86100A returns “CALIBRATED” or “UNCALIBRATED” in response to a :CALibrate:MODule:STATus? query. The

83480A returns “NORMAL” or “UNKNOWN” in response to its :CALibrate:PLUGin:STATus? query.
