To save output in a file
1 Click or choose Report➤Schedule/Output Setup…
2 Select Output to File.
3 Specify the output format: PostScript, XWD, or Text.
4 Indicate the file name in which to save the report.
To save a report to a file, use the File option, shown in figure 26.
